- Crushed ice
- handful shredded mint, plus four extra sprigs to serve
- 1 medium peach or nectarine, cut into wedges
- 750ml peach-flavoured kombucha
- 250ml orange juice, without pulp
- Grenadine (optional)
Method
Step 1
Fill a large jug with ice, shredded mint leaves, and peach or nectarine pieces.
Step 2
Pour over kombucha and orange juice, then stir to combine.
Step 3
Serve in 4 glasses, adding 2 teaspoons of grenadine on top if you choose.
Step 4
Garnish with a mint sprig and enjoy!
