Get support

Consider a mental health care plan
Your doctor (GP) can be a good place to start when it's not an emergency. They can provide general mental health advice, a diagnosis, a treatment plan and referrals. Your GP can also create a mental health care plan for you, which gives you access to 10 Medicare-subsidised psychology sessions every 12 months. But GPs are just one way to get support. There’s support available to you, no matter what you need.
