We've all heard about the health risks of eating too much sugar, but is cutting it out completely the answer?
Step 1:
Line a rectangular cake tin with baking paper.
Step 2:
Add the oats to a food processor and blitz until the oats are the consistency of sand. Then drain the water off the dates and add dates and coconut cream to the processor. Blend until well combined. Press mixture down into the base of the baking dish using the back of a spoon.
Step 3:
Clean the food processor and add all of the ingredients for the top layer. Process until well-combined. Pour over the base and spread evenly.
Step 4:
Place in the fridge to set for at least 2 hours or freeze for around an hour until firm.
Step 5:
Slice into squares. You should have about 20 pieces.
