The Start Line

The Start Line is Paralympics Australia’s dedicated home for information, guidance and opportunities for thriving Para athletes to begin or continue their Para sport journeys.

Bupa Try Para Sport Series

This is a free event series for people with disabilities (ages 10+) to try out a range of Para sports, meet Paralympians and coaches, and have fun together.

For these young players, blind tennis brings joy, community, and the confidence to speak up for themselves and others.

Inspired by medal-winning Aussie Para snowboarder Ben Tudhope, this challenge is about daily commitment. Aim for 1 hour of activity every day for a total of 31 hours over March.
