With Blua, eligible Bupa members can now make appointments for video calls with online doctors 24/7. Get advice on health issues that may not need a physical check, or request prescription renewals, referrals, or tests.
Eligible members will get 100% of fees covered for a yearly limit of either 3 or 6 appointments per person, depending on their level of cover†. Eligibility, fund and policy rules apply^.

Get medical help for things that might not need a physical check, like coughs, sore throats, headaches, or infections.
Prescriptions & referrals
Request prescription renewals, referrals to another doctor, or blood tests and imaging (like x-rays).

Ask for medical certificates if you’re sick, and need to take time off work or study so you can get well.
