All Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) or Overseas Visitor Cover (OVC) members are eligible.

Other Bupa Health Insurance members will need to have Top Extras 60 cover or Your Choice Extras 60 cover and need to live in an eligible area. Check if the postcode on your policy matches our list of eligible postcodes.

Blua is Bupa’s digital health platform. Blua connects eligible Bupa members to services like chemist delivery and online doctor appointments with doctors across Australia.

^Fund and policy rules apply. Members will only be able to book general consultations via Blua. Consultations with specialists cannot be booked via Blua. Members who are under 18 years old may need to attend the consultation with a parent or guardian. For Bupa international members: 100% of the costs will only be covered for Blua consultations. Yearly limits apply to Essential Lite Visitors cover, but these limits will be waived (only in relation to Blua consultations) until further notice. For Bupa domestic members: Until 31 March 2025 (or an earlier date as advised by Bupa), 100% of the cost of up to 3 Blua consultations per person included on the policy will be covered for Top Extras 60 and Your Choice Extras 60 members who live in eligible areas (see list of eligible areas). Member's eligibility will be based on the primary residential address of the policy holder.
