If you’ve already set up your digital identity, but have forgotten your sign-in details, you may need to:

If you are a Bupa health insurance member and want to use the same details for your digital identity, you’ll need: 

  • the email address listed on your policy. 
  • the mobile number listed on your policy. 

If you’re not a Bupa health insurance member or want to create a digital identity that’s not linked to your Bupa health insurance policy, you’ll need:  

  • a unique email address. 
  • a unique mobile number from Australia or an approved country. 

The approved non-Australian mobile phone numbers are: 

  • Brazil 
  • China 
  • Colombia 
  • France 
  • Germany 
  • India 
  • Indonesia 
  • Ireland 
  • Malaysia 
  • Nepal 
  • New Zealand 
  • Norfolk Island 
  • Pakistan 
  • Philippines

You can create a new Bupa digital identity, but you won’t be able to use the same email address or mobile phone number.

If you create a new Bupa digital identity, your access to the Blua app will be as a non-Bupa health insurance member. This means you won't have access to the same member rewards as Bupa health insurance members.  

Members whose credentials are managed by their employer (federated sign-in) can use their existing email and password to set up their digital identity.
