What is Blua?

Blua is Bupa’s digital health platform, which helps members book online appointments with doctors across Australia, 24/7^.

Blua partners with Doctors on Demand to provide this service.

^Fund and policy rules apply. Until 31 March 2025 (or an earlier date as advised by Bupa), 100% of the cost of up to three Blua consultations per person included on the policy will be covered for Top Extras 60 and Your Choice Extras 60 members who live in eligible areas (see list of eligible areas). Members' eligibility will be based on the primary residential address of the policy holder. Members will only be able to book general consultations via Blua. Consultations with specialists cannot be booked via Blua. Members who are under 18 years old may need to attend the consultation with a parent or guardian.
